Asiatic elephant - Elephas maximus. Bandipur.
It was nice watching this baby splashing around in the water.

Young inexperienced elephant facing some difficulty to come out of the mud. I like the 'action' pose and confidence of the young. It is well known that mother and aunt push young elephant to water (not in this case) to impart training. Nice capture. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild
Lovely pose captured. Good details and sharpness. The raised leg and trunk looks nice. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.
Nice pose sir, the calf looks cute. Like the details in the image.

Lovely shot, did the baby elephant squeak? Looks like the baby is giving a cry for help or scared of tourist
To good capture......
When it comes down to the basics there is very little difference between the human kid and the the baby elephant! They both like splashing about in water. The baby elephants playfulness is aptly captured,Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful image.......
