its looking like you got nice natural light in image. Then Why ISO 1600?

Bhavya, I think, as Sabysachi has used a very narrow aperture of f16, to get the shutter speed of atleast 1/100 he had to increase the ISO to 1600.

This is the moult of a cicada nymph. The nymphs spend very long periods (several years) maturing underground, and then burrow out, climb onto a tree and moult to begin life as an adult.
I found that at 1:1 magnification, the IS doesn't appear to be giving the full 4 stops advantage. Even f16 was not really enough here. I shoot at various shutter speeds to completely assess the lens. So this was at ISO 1600.
