Another bird well-exposed against a bright sky . The composition looks nice. The noise is slightly bothersome here... but lowering the ISO would have cost you some valuable shutter speed. Maybe one Av stop wider would have worked? (Not sure).
Good shot given the conditions.

Ouch..sorry. This was in tadoba last month. And the BG blur- didn't have control over it I suppose...the bird was perched only for a few seconds and I did the best I could
