Indian Pond Heron
Shot this in Ranganathittu yesterday. Guess what the green thing near the leg of the heron is?

Slight head turn would have been good. Not sure about the yellow thing. It looks like someone has tied something there.

Initially even I had thought someone has tied something there. But those are larvae bunched together.
