The light was pretty low. Else, I would have suggested use of a narrow aperture like f8. You should also remember that most of these lenses work better at f8 than their widest aperture of f5.6.
More space in the direction the animals are moving ie. more space at left would have been better. Some more space at the top would have been good as well.

The habitat is nicely displayed. It is quite difficult to photograph in thick vegetation. I agree a narrow aperture would have helped go get more details. Thanks for sharing.
