Kestrels are beautiful birds. The look so feminine with their beautiful eyes... I like the image. I would brighten the image a tad more.
Good to see this clicked with a 300mm. Agree about increasing the brightness of the image. The image would also be strengthened if you can reduce the saturation a bit. Thanks for sharing.

Nice title . The perch and the eye contact is good. Reducing the saturation would enhance the image further. Thanks for sharing.
