This is one from my archives and by far the best wildlife moments I ever had of witnessing the entire sequence of 14 wild dogs chasing a spotted deer and finally hunting down in a water body. If you wish you read and see the series of images, pl visit my blog

Nice moment captured Praveen. Must have been a treat to be a part of the pack in the hunt :) . Do post other images from this series. The light seems to be a bit harsh.

Amazing image.I am observing the eyes of the wild dog and just thinking why sometime a leopard prefers to climb up a tree when a pack is out for a kill .It is a rare moment in one's life to be an witness to such nature's drama taking place in a waterpool and documenting the same. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild
