A Masked Crab (family Corystoidea) feeding on a Mole Crab (family Hippoidea).
Both these animals burrow just below the sand in the swash region (where waves break on to the beach).
Photographed at Agonda Beach, Goa in November.

Thanks Mrudul and Sabyasachi... Yes, they were under water when photographed.
Sabyasachi: This species generally burrows quickly when disturbed, but this one didn't seem bothered by my approach.
