Nice image but details are missing on some of the black part of the image. Share the exif info so that we can comment on it. Try to maintain some blank space between the bird and the background which will give you clear and defused background.

Agree with Ashok about loss of details..you can try to recover some detail by using the shadow/highlight recovery tool. Also, sharing exif data will be helpful to make suggestions. Now, how did u get so close- you were shooting at 55mm at the maximum! Where was this shot? It would be good if u avoided the building (?) in the foreground :)

Nice image. Where was this photographed? Was this in a zoo? Please refrain from posting images taken in zoo or parks. Thanks.

Sridharbhai,
In which part of the Sundarbans T.R has this been photographed? It might have been photographed within the wired/netted boundary of Sajnekhali Tourist Lodge. If so, it is under controlled conditions. However, if it was photographed from within Sajnekhali Tourist Lodge (or Watch Tower inside) and was roaming free in Tiger Reserve outside (occasionaly preyed upon by the Tigers of Sundarbans), there may be no violation of rules.
