Bandipur tiger reserve.

I wish the lighting was from the opposite side. That would have made the tree dark. Unfortunately, this was photographed just after rains, so the sky was overcast.

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, ISO 800, f5.6, 1/400.

Seems to me like the new male. Nice details on the animal..nice that you managed to get the eyes. Certainly, the image would have been more beautiful without the tree.
