ID: Parasitic wasp?
Spotted this really tiny beauty perched on the hind side of a Cicada molt, at about 2-3mm big, it was looking like a speck on the molt. Only on close observation was I realized it was some form of an insect, unsure though if it is a parasitic wasp. It hardly moved, and rather seemed like taking a break from the flying around, couldnt observe any other activity happening around it.
