Nice pose. Looks cute. Did you blur the feet and the perch while blurring the background?

Cropping should be with a purpose. Due to 35mm films, we are all tuned to that ratio. So square or other crops need to really tell the story better, else it distracts. The best image is where all the elements seamlessly blend with each other and doesn't get noticed.

Nice to see it with a catch. Good eye contact. I feel the image si a bit tight. A rectangular composition with more space on the left would be good. Thanks for sharing.
