Lovely snap as usual Praveen. Brilliant portrayal of the environment, a typical leopard tree pose with the dangling tail and legs and a wonderful head turn.

I'm not surprised that there is no noise around the 1600 ISO on the 1D M IV, for if you see some of my images in a 5D M III, the noise levels are bearable even at 6400 ISO and above ( http://www.indiawilds.com/forums/sho...-Serpent-Eagle ). In fact, one shot at 16000 ISO of a couple of langurs with the 5D MIII was not as bad as i thought it would be (http://www.indiawilds.com/forums/sho...p?12866-Langur).

So, i think you can boldly go much above the 1600 ISO (if you really have to) on your wonderful piece of equipment - the 1D Mark IV.

thanks for sharing
